Roubenka capacity max. 7 people - children in parents' beds are not counted in the total number.
Wellness is available unlimited throughout the stay. The log is delivered heated, the water is heated in two boilers.
Arrival at Roubenka is possible from 3 p.m., departure by 10 a.m. If the next stay does not continue/end, it is possible to make individual arrangements.
Free rental of two travel cots, also available is a high chair, potty, children's toilet seat, bathtub.
Stay in the summer season (July and August) - stay possible min. for 7 nights (or by agreement).
Stay outside the summer season (September to June) - stay possible from 1 night.
Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve - minimum length of stay 4 nights (or by agreement).
Energy consumption is paid on site according to the valid CEZ price list during the stay.
When Roubenka is occupied by only 2 people, a 10% discount is provided for the stay .
The price includes everything available on the log cabin: sheets, towels, bath towels, in the wellness area sheets and another set of towels, drugstore, cosmetics, hair dryer, cleaning products, coffee machine and coffee, teas, spices, oil, sugar, salt, wood consumption to the stove and on the fire, final cleaning.
Animals allowed only by prior agreement, only small breeds. At the owner's responsibility, animals are strictly prohibited from lying in beds and on chairs, movement is possible only on the ground floor, entry to the 1st floor is strictly prohibited.
In the event of damage to property, breakage of equipment and equipment, this amount will be deducted from the deposit and, if necessary, an additional payment up to the amount of the damage will be required. A deposit of CZK 5,000 payable at the start of the stay in cash or in advance by sending it to a bank account, refundable at the end of the stay.
The reservation is made after paying a deposit of 30%, an additional payment of 70% is due 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is due 2 days before the start of the stay to the bank account or in cash upon handing over the log book.
Cancellation conditions : if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire amount of the deposit is returned, if the reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price, 14 days or less before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 100% from the total rental price. It is possible to pay with a contribution from the employer. In case of unforeseen events, we try to accommodate as much as possible - agree on an alternative date.
